7 fruity breakfast ideas

Hello everyone! I decided that my first post about food be 7 breakfast ideas! So, let’s start from the beginning of the day. Breakfast is so important as the first meal of the day, and if we want to feel nourished, satisfied, and yet healthy, here are some 7 ideas that you can make in several minutes. I love part of the breakfast, at least, to be cooked. According to Ayurveda, warm, cooked food in the morning is really good for our body! Even fruit, I like when it is cooked in the morning. We can digest it very easily then. But mostly, I like to combine, little bit of cooked food, little bit of fresh. Let’s start!

  1. Cooked apples with fresh grapes and blueberries

Peel apples, cut them in small pieces and cook for 20-30 minutes. Add fresh fresh grapes and blueberries and put a flower as decoration. ๐Ÿ™‚ So easy, and so tasty, right?

2. Cooked apples and pears, cereals, mango, fresh strawberries and chocolate.

Cook apples and pears for 20 minutes, add cereals, mango, fresh strawberries and chocolate.

3. Fresh figs and raspberries

4. Fruit salad, cooked apples, baklava and fresh mango

Make a fruit salad with apples, oranges, strawberries. Cook apples for 20 minutes. Add fresh mango and something sweet as baklava for example. Baklava is one of my favorite desserts. It is traditional dessert in Balkan countries, Southeastern Europe and Asian countries. It needs time to be made, so I suggest buying it for breakfast as a sweet eatable decoration. ๐Ÿ™‚

5. Cereals with fresh bananas, almonds and raisins

Pour cereals with boiled water. Add cinnamon, almonds, raisins. This is so delicious. A perfect combination of warm meal with fresh fruits.

6. Cooked apples, half-cooked apples and fresh blueberries

Cook peeled apples for 30 minutes. Decorate with cut apples that were cooked for 5-10 minutes. Add fresh blueberries.

7. Sun in your plate! ๐Ÿ™‚

Put several different types of cereals, cinnamon, almonds, raisins and pour with hot water and almond milk.
