Hello everyone! Hope you are having a great day! Whenever you can, it is a great thing to treat yourself with 3 homemade meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am offering you here 3 very easy, delicious, healthy meals that you can make very quickly! So, let’s start with breakfast!
Sandwich with hummus
I love eating hummus in the morning. It is full of proteins and keeps you strong for several hours. You can either make the day earlier your own hummus or buy one if its simpler. Put hummus on whole grain bread, add fresh rucola and tomatoes and voila! Your breakfast is ready to go. 🙂
Pasta with cabbage and carrots
Pasta with veggies for lunch is perfect for giving you energy and plenty of vitamins that are in veggies! Cook pasta separately in salty water. Fry on 3 tbsps of grapeseed oil young cabbage with baby carrots, add a pinch of salt, pepper, cumin, curcuma, red powder pepper and dill. Fry for 5 minutes. Add a glass of water and cook for 15 minutes until the water evaporates. Mix with pasta adding 3 tbsps of olive oil and fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy! 🙂
There is nothing better for our tummy in the evening than eating a healthy, warm, fresh soup. In Ayurveda, soup is the best way to finish the day. I always buy red lentils because they only need 20 minutes to get completely cooked. So for the whole soup you don’t need more than that. Cook red lentils with 3 carrots for 20 minutes. In the beginning add spices: salt, a pinch of coriander, ginger, curcuma. At the very end add fresh parsley. Blend everything and add 2 tbsps of olive oil. Soup it done and you are ready to enjoy your evening activities!
